For those who have a lot of problems with Windows XP concerning spyware or virusses. Windows created a betaversion of a "Life Saver", you can download it with the link below. It's scanning your pc for all kind of problems and it can solve a lot. Before you try it its always recommended to create a rescue point before you begin. Ok I have an Old computer that the kids use beside me and it is runnin XP home (pre installed but genunine). It has loads of problems but works ok for them. I recon if I were to try to fix it properly I would F**K it up big time and I do not have a proper backup disk for it to re-install everything (da dog ate it... honestly I am not kiddin) So if I install that proggy is it easy to use even for a Nutter like me? And is there anythin I should be worried about?

euhh hmm - i would try other options before picking that if its like that mate, if its seen to windows as not genuine you get an annoying pop up and program called "Windows geunine program not found yarda yarda yarda.." But mate try other stuff incase to be on the safe side imo, because im not the best with Win(Doh's!)

Well I downloaded it and installed it and straight away it wanted to get rid of Norton 2005 and do it's own thing and it is also terribly slow so needless ta say I got rid of Life Saver.  |

I would say get rid of Norton 2005 instead since its a shit program both for Antivirus and Firewall.Norton really slows your PC down and places files all over your PC.Get NOD 32 m8 and just run windows firewall or Zonealarm, u will get a much faster PC that way and well protected if not even better,lol |

I have looking for better internet security and at the minute i've got bullguard and it slows our computer down but every security we use it slows our computer so do you think i should try that NOD 32 and the zonealarm steiner?

The fact is NOD32 doesnt take much from your CPU and u will never noticed it so i recommend it.

Same here, i can advise NOD32 from Eset also. The fastest scanner around.
If needed i can help you to install it (if you know what i mean)
